수도권 상공 출격한 미군 B-52 ... 처음으로 국내 기지 착륙도

미군 전략폭격기 B-52 ‘스트래토포트리스’가 17일 오전 경기도 성남시 서울공항에서 열린 ‘서울 아덱스 2023’ 개막식 축하비행을 하고 있다. 핵무장이 가능한 B-52는 길이 48m,사진수도권상공출격한미군 너비 56.4m, 무게 221.35t에 최대 항속거리가 1만6000㎞에 달한다. 최대 31t의 폭탄을 싣고 6400㎞ 이상의 거리를 날아가 폭격한 후 돌아올 수 있는 장거리 폭격기로 단독 임무 수행이 가능하다. B-52는 국내 최대 항공우주·방위산업 전시회인 ‘서울 아덱스 2023’ 축하비행을 마친 뒤 충북 청주 공군기지에 착륙했다. B-52가 한반도 상공에서 공군과 연합훈련을 한 적은 많지만, 국내 공군기지에 착륙한 것은 이번이 처음이다. [뉴스1]
